Privacy Policy
Betting Deals is an independent comparison page for UK sportsbook promotions. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you use this website, and where responsibility passes to a bookmaker.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Who we are
Betting Deals publishes free bets, welcome offers and ongoing sports betting promotions from licensed UK bookmakers on a single page. We are not a betting operator: we do not take bets, hold customer funds or run accounts.
For any question about this policy, email [contact email to be added] or write to us at the address shown on our homepage.
What we do not collect
- There is no sign-up, log-in or registration form on this website, so we never ask for your name, address, date of birth or payment details.
- We do not ask for or store your betting history, account balances or wagers — those sit with the bookmaker you choose, not with us.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
What is collected automatically
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that automatically receives standard technical data from your browser. This typically includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page and the time of the request.
That information is used only to deliver the page, keep the site secure, diagnose faults and understand aggregate usage. It is not used to build a profile about you and is kept for the short period the host requires for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and local storage
We do not place advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. Any cookie or local-storage item used here exists to make the page work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable because it does not depend on marketing cookies.
Once you click Claim Deal
Every claim button takes you away from Betting Deals and onto the bookmaker's own website. From that moment the bookmaker's privacy policy, cookies and terms apply to everything you do there — registration, identity checks, deposits, betting activity and marketing preferences.
We cannot see, receive or control the information you give a bookmaker, and we cannot answer a privacy request on their behalf. Send those requests to the operator directly, using the contact details in their own privacy policy.
Legal basis
Where the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) applies, we process automatically collected technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the website. Where a cookie requires consent, we only set it with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent through your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure — ask us to delete information we hold about you.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to limit processing, or object to it.
- Portability — ask for a machine-readable copy of information you gave us.
Because we hold very little, most requests can be answered quickly. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to data protection law. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and continued use of the site means the latest version applies.
